Attitude to food vary. For those of us who are driven by a passion to cook and serve good food, it is all about our love for food, knowledge and respect. Respect for the produce, for you, the guest, and for our colleagues here at the restaurant.

Here at Cg we cook according to simple traditions. We bake with sourdough, we dry, marinade, smoke and love to long-cook. We choose seasonal produce and all of our meat is cooked on our fine charcoal grill, the heart of our kitchen. All of our meats are chosen with great care from quality producers, several of which are local and some global.

Petter
Sommelier, Owner

Petter Nyberg

Meet our restaurant manager Petter. With references like restaurant owner, graduated top of his class from the Restaurant academy in Stockholm and voted citizen of the year in Luleå 2015, he is a well known name in Luleå. His love for wine is profound and he makes a great effort of passing this knowledge on to both employees and guest.

Pär "Perry" Eriksson

Meet Pär, or Perry who we all know him as. This Genuine character who followed his soccer career all the way up to the very north of Sweden, found love, and never left. With several restaurant manager titles in his career and a top notch feeling for service he leads the way for the employees.

About CG

Our owners

Cg is a restaurant with high ambitions. The great knowledge and experience that the founders have together is used to its maximum. The company Nöjesgruppen with Johan Isaksson and Henrik Gröntvedt has with their three concepts of restaurants Allstar, BBB, Olivers and now CGs over 15 years of experience in the business. Which gives them invaluable knowledge about running a restaurant.

Head chef Tomas Larsson has him as well been running several own restaurants and before Restaurant and Bar CG he was the head chef of the acclaimed Cape East in Haparanda. Our sommelier Petter Nyberg examined as top of his class from the Restaurant academy in Stockholm and from this he got to serve at the royal wedding. More than this he has been working in the restaurant business for all his life.

Service manager Pär “Perry” Eriksson is a genuine character with roots in the southern of Sweden. With several restaurant manager titles in his career and a top notch feeling for service he is a key player in this great constellation of owners.
