MEDIUMCooked at 55°C with a red centre. MEDIUM WELLCooked at 65°C, a little red in the centre. WELL DONECooked at 80°C, the meat is cooked right through at the centre. PLEASE NOTE! MEAT THAT IS COOKED WELL DONE OFTEN LOSES ITS CHARACTER. |
